Program Outline
Oral Presentations
Timing: For the general call-for-presentations, each author will be given 15 minutes for their presentation. Each session will be assigned a moderator to assist with speaker transitions and to move the session along.
AV Equipment: Each room will have a data projector, screen, and a PC laptop with a recent version of MS Office. Please make sure that backward compatibility with earlier versions of MS Office (1997 - 2003) is not guaranteed. Make sure your presentation is in an appropriate format (fonts, images, videos, animations, etc.) so that is compatible with MS PowerPoint. Personal laptops will not be accepted. Please bring your presentation to the conference venue on a flash drive/data stick. The presentation file should be clearly labeled with presenter name, presentation date, and time, e.g. Smith_4.6_16:15. Please note that we cannot provide support for "Mac" computers or software. There will be some audio/visual assistance provided by staff shared among sessions.
Abstracts: Abstracts will not be printed; however the full abstracts will be available on the conference website. Abstracts will be listed by primary author's last name.
Registration: All presenters need to register and pay to attend the conference.
Presenter Check-in Onsite: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your SESSION (not your presentation) to load your presentation onto the laptop in your session room. Please name the file containing your presentation with your name and session to assure smooth transitions between presentations. This will help your session chair to identify and open your talk.
