General Info on Fees & Inclusions

Please read through the information pages before starting to register. Every participant is requested to pay the registration fee. Registered members are entitled to present communications and to attend all the works of the conference, the opening and closing ceremonies, social events (to be announced in the website), and a digital copy of the book of abstracts. The fees cover: (1) the congress bag, name tag and congress material, (2) the book of abstracts, (3) welcome party, (4) coffee breaks, (5) Symposium Banquet. Registration fees do not include accommodation, other meals and travel costs. 

How to Register and Pay

Please visit the registration page to submit your information and contributions for the Congress. You need to first select the appropriate payment category and then follow the instructions for submitting your details and contributions (abstracts). You will then be transferred to a secure site where you can submit your payment for the Congress. Please add your Surname at the Notes field during this transaction so that we can verify the payment to your name! You must then return to the Online Abstract Submission page to upload your abstract(s)!

Discount

Students can register at a lower fee (see registration fees below). An official document must be shown during on-site registration to prove student status for 2025.

Offer

With registration to the 16^th ICZEGAR participants have the opportunity to become a member of the Hellenic Zoological Society for 2025.

Cancellations

Cancellations received before 15 May 2025 will be fully refunded. No money refund will be made for cancellations received after this date.
